Day 15: Finishing the Nutella

Midway in the one month experiment with being on a diet without dieting.


I have changed several habits:

  1. I snack mostly on healthy things
  2. I drink less tee and coffee
  3. I exercise more
  4. I eat smaller dinners, however, I eat whatever I want

Result: I feel “edgy” and a little depressed. I also feel more healthy. It is as if two bodies are battling within me, the slightly overweight and out-of-form body and my own exercised body from being a long-distance runner. The broken foot changed that.
