Day 29: Can you lose weight without dieting at all?

Can you lose weight without dieting at all? YES you can.

So, here’s my game: not to eat too much, but to eat what I want and when I want to. Sounds nice, right? Well, it is. I like it that there are no rules about the food, because I don’t like restricting myself from stuff I like. Such as cookies and salads with blue-cheese dressing.

The point is to behave like you would if you had a free buffet everyday: don’t overeat! Eat slowly, because it takes longer time for you to feel full than it does to eat. So, if you eat too quickly, you eat too much. Also, don’t eat while watching television or a film on your laptop, because then you don’t think about what you eat and you don’t “feel” the food, because you are absorbed in the narrative on the screen.

 

On my way home to Copenhagen, Denmark. Tomorrow I’ll see what weight I am. I feel lighter and with more muscles. Exercised this morning too.
